Details of the 2020 inspection and supervision program of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee
(Baonghean.vn) - The inspections and supervisions according to the Program are decided and concluded by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. In each inspection and supervision, it is necessary to combine inspection and supervision of the Party Committee, leaders and Party members in performing assigned functions and tasks.
2020 is the year of Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 13th National Party Congress, the year that concludes the 5-year plan for socio-economic development, Party building, and political system building. In order to contribute to accelerating the progress and successfully completing programs, projects, targets, and objectives according to the Congress Resolution and to better serve the leadership and direction of Party Congresses at all levels, the inspection and supervision work must be focused, key, effective, and practical, contributing to well serving the leadership of Party committees and the political tasks of the province.

Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued the 2020 Inspection and Supervision Program of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
According to the program,Quarter Iwill inspect the leadership and direction of the implementation of Regulation No. 11-QDi/TW, dated February 18, 2019 of the Politburo on the responsibility of Party leaders in receiving people, having direct dialogue with people and handling people's reflections and recommendations; the responsibility of Party organizations and authorities at all levels in implementing Party and State regulations on receiving people, handling complaints and denunciations, handling citizens' reflections and recommendations in Anh Son and Nam Dan districts.
Supervise the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated May 30, 2019 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Congress of the Party in the districts: Que Phong, Hung Nguyen, Do Luong, Con Cuong, Cua Lo town, Hoang Mai town.
Quarter II,Inspect the implementation of Conclusion No. 65-KL/TW, dated February 4, 2010 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Directive No. 30-CT/TW, dated February 18, 1998 of the Politburo (VIII term) on implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations at: Department of Education and Training, Provincial Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
Inspect the leadership, direction and implementation of Directive No. 21-CT/TU, dated June 7, 2010 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening vocational training for rural workers in Yen Thanh district, Provincial Farmers' Association, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Inspecting the leadership, direction and implementation of Directive No. 15-CT/TU, dated August 5, 2008 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening leadership in post-inspection and audit handling in Nghi Loc and Quy Hop districts.
Supervise the implementation of policies on streamlining staff, restructuring the organizational apparatus, merging administrative agencies, and resolving policies and regimes for cadres in Thanh Chuong district and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Quarter III, inspect the leadership, direction and organization of military and defense tasks in Quy Chau and Nghia Dan districts.

Inspecting the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Conclusion No. 69-KL/TW, dated April 14, 2010 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Regulation No. 54-QD/TW, dated May 12, 1999 of the Politburo (VIII tenure) on the regime of studying political theory in the Party in Tan Ky district, Provincial Political School.
