Paying for poor women to implement population policy well

Also at this communication session, the Quy Hop District Family Planning Center paid 74 million VND to 37 women from hamlets in Chau Dinh commune according to Decree 39/2015-ND/CP, accordingly, each womanPoor households of ethnic minorities who give birth in accordance with population policy will receive 2 million VND in support from the Government.

Decree 39 demonstrates the Party and State's concern for poor ethnic minority women, contributing to promoting the implementation of population and family planning policies, especially in ethnic minority areas.

On the same day, Nghia Dan Population and Family Planning Center organized a donation to 14 poor households of ethnic minorities who gave birth in accordance with the population policy of Nghia Lam commune. Each household received 2 million VND in support.
