Sharing experiences in promoting emulation movements.
(Baonghean) - On the morning of July 11th, the Culture and Society Emulation Bloc held a conference to review the work of the first six months of the year and discuss solutions to boost the emulation movement in the last six months of 2013. Ms. Pham Thi Hong Toan - Head of the Bloc and Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper - presided over the conference.
In the first six months of the year, all seven units in the bloc paid attention to implementing emulation movements within their agencies, units, and sectors. Some units have developed content and measures to promote emulation movements, contributing to the successful fulfillment of assigned political tasks, building strong and comprehensive agencies and departments, and achieving high results in cultural and educational activities, health, sports, tourism, labor, war invalids and social affairs, and journalism, which have been highly appreciated by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. To achieve high results in emulation and reward work and become a model bloc, the units in the bloc unanimously agreed to strengthen experience sharing, develop criteria for effective self-assessment and evaluation, and honor achievements to make the movement more substantive and effective.
