Therefore, provinces and cities across the country, in addition to State support, need to implement socialization so that workers have housing and their children have kindergartens. |
“Do not let workers work extra shifts and their children drop out of school,” the Prime Minister emphasized.
Regarding the salary issue, the Prime Minister said that when he came here, he asked the workers and found out that the lowest salary was 5 million and the highest was 10 million.
“I see that the living standards of workers are still difficult. The State Wage Council and relevant agencies need to discuss with the trade union to raise this year’s salary to 12%. The salary increase will help workers have a better life than last year,” the Prime Minister emphasized.
A worker in Dong Nai province, Mr. Nguyen Van Thai said that his hometown is Ha Tinh, life is difficult, he has to work hard to earn money to help his parents and raise his younger siblings. But working in an industrial park also has its difficulties and worries.

"What direction does the Prime Minister intend to take to solve this problem?", the worker asked.

"But this is the weak link that we have not done well in the past," the Prime Minister said and asked provincial and municipal leaders to pay attention.
Mr. Ho Quang Trung (Chansing Thanh Phu Company, Vinh Cuu) wants to ask the Prime Minister for advice like a father or uncle about the work and life of workers.
The Prime Minister simply shared: “Our ancestors said, “If you work hard, you will succeed.” The important thing is diligence, hard work, and creativity in work. If we have a good career, doing our job well is a powerful weapon for us to enter life,” he said, and hoped that workers must constantly study and study for life to improve their skills.
