Third is to strictly adhere to health care protocols, including 3M (wearing masks, washing hands with sanitizer, keeping distance) and performing screening through the PeduliLindungi app.

"If vaccination rates remain low, the three strategic focuses will be supplemented with the current restrictions on public activities," the official added.

The minister affirmed that the goals and policy directions to respond toCovid-19 pandemicIndonesia's strategy is consistent. However, he stressed that strategies and management approaches are regularly adjusted to suit the actual situation.

“Tightening and easing community movement must be done on a weekly basis and based on the latest data,” he said, describing it as necessary to find the best combination of health and economic benefits for the community.

"Because the virus is always changing and mutating, the response must also change according to the challenges faced," Minister Pandjaitan explained.
