It is forecasted that in the morning of October 9, this cold air mass will affect the mountainous areas of the North, in the afternoon and afternoon it will affect the midlands and deltas of the North, then affect the North Central region and some places in the Central Central region. The wind inland will gradually change to the Northeast, increasing to level 3, and coastal areas to level 4-5.
