CHIN-SU and the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association nominate hundreds of special dishes from the Central region

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 14, in Da Nang city, the Ceremony to announce the typical cuisine of the Central region cluster under the Project "Journey to find the cultural values ​​of Vietnamese cuisine" phase I in 2022 was organized by the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA) with the companionship of the spice brand CHIN-SU.

This is the second event held after the Ceremony to announce the typical cuisine of the Northern region held in March in Nam Dinh.

ProjectJourney to find the value of Vietnamese culinary culturewas carried out by VCCA to search for and honor the culinary culture of regions across Vietnam. The project aims to improve people's knowledge about the unique culinary dishes of the regions; create motivation to promote the culinary economy towards improving product quality; promote and advertise culinary culture to domestic and foreign tourists.

During the six months of project implementation,Journey to find the value of Vietnamese culinary culturein the Central region has received the response of localities with more than 150 culinary dishes nominated by the Department of Tourism, Department of Culture and Sports, Culinary Culture Associations or Tourism Promotion Centers of 19 provinces and cities. With 127 salty dishes, 8 vegetarian dishes, 4 warm dishes, 12 desserts and 01 spice dish nominated, it shows the diversity of the culinary culture of the Central region.

Within the framework of the Project, the eventCeremony to announce the typical cuisine of the Central regionwas held in Da Nang with the support of the spice brand CHIN-SU. Previously, from December 9-12, in the series of Pho Day events organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper in the hometown of pho - Nam Dinh, CHIN-SU also accompanied many activities, contributing to recreating an impressive and meaningful space of ancient pho.

On December 22, at Van Thanh tourist area, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, the Announcement Ceremony of the Typical Cuisine Set of the Southern Cluster under the project will also be held. The event promises many attractive activities such as promoting and experiencing typical Vietnamese dishes right in Ho Chi Minh City, a dynamic city and a gathering place of the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine.
