The document states: Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Health in Submission No. 1002/TTr-BYT dated July 7, 2021 on allowing the pilot implementation of F1 quarantine at home at the request of provinces and cities, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has the following comments:
Agreed that provinces and cities should pilot F1 home quarantine to ensure safety. Based on feedback from provinces that are implementing, the Ministry of Health will review the instructions to make them closer to reality.
Previously, the Ministry of Health had developed guidelines for home quarantine to ensure disease prevention and control for F1 subjects, for the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to consider and apply on a pilot basis in the area.
Some conditions for medical isolation at home include: The house must be a single family home, must have a separate isolation room, closed and separate from the family's common living area. If the house has many floors, use a separate floor for medical isolation. The isolation room must be closed, have a separate toilet and bathroom, and have a personal body temperature measuring device in the room.
People in home quarantine must strictly comply with the regulations and time of home quarantine; have a commitment with the local authorities. Do not leave the quarantine room during the entire quarantine period, do not contact with family members or other people; do not contact with pets; be provided with separate meals; install, turn on and declare health daily on the VHD or Bluezone application during the quarantine period.
Measure your body temperature, monitor your health and update daily on the VHD or Bluezone app. If you do not have a smartphone, you must notify medical staff daily via the provided phone number. Especially when you have suspicious symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing, you must update immediately on the VHD or Bluezone app and notify medical staff immediately. If you cannot measure your body temperature yourself, medical staff or caregivers and support staff (if any) will measure the quarantined person...
