The government requires rectification of university training for second degrees.
Rectifying university training for second degrees, taking measures to prevent overcharging at the beginning of the school year, and ensuring school safety are requirements set by the Government for the Ministry of Education and Training.
Reviewing and rectifying the training of second-degree university students and preventing negative incidents is one of the tasks assigned by the Government to the Ministry of Education and Training in the Resolution of the regular August Government meeting, which was announced on September 16.
Also according to this Resolution, the Government requested the Ministry of Education and Training to focus on directing the implementation of the new school year 2019-2020 practically and effectively; strengthen collection management, take measures to prevent overcharging at the beginning of the school year; ensure security, safety and hygiene of schools.
In training, the Government has directed to focus on building school culture, equipping students with life skills; promoting moral education, lifestyle, building a healthy, democratic and disciplined educational environment. In teacher recruitment, the Government assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Finance to develop a mechanism for ordering teacher training, overcoming the shortage of teachers. These are also the issues that Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc directed the education sector to implement at the Conference summarizing the 2018-2019 school year and deploying tasks for the 2019-2020 school year organized by the Ministry of Education and Training at the end of August.
In addition, the Government also requested the Ministry of Education and Training to fully and effectively implement policies on education and training development for disadvantaged areas, ethnic minority areas and policy beneficiaries./.
