Official: N.SG has a new owner

All procedures for the sale of N.SG Club have been completed when Club President Nguyen Vinh Tho signed the contract.

Before the decisive negotiation day, SG.XT CEO Tran Tien Dai, the buyer's representative, confirmed that if the deal was not successful within 48 hours, the buyer would officially withdraw. Perhaps that was why yesterday, representatives of both sides worked hard to complete all procedures.

By 11:00 p.m. on October 16, the sales contract had been signed and sealed. Notably, the President of N.SG Club finally appeared to sign the sales contract. Before that, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tho had authorized the HR Director of Nam Viet Bank Football Joint Stock Company - Mr. Nguyen Thien Toan - to participate in the negotiations.

As Bongdaplus reported, N.SG Club was sold for 21 billion VND. The unit that bought the team was Xuan Thuy Company, a partner of Mr. Thuy, who is currently the owner of SG.XT Club. The sale contract has been completed, but the "settlement" location of N.SG has not been specifically disclosed.
