Urban beautification of Vinh City to make it green, clean, and beautiful.

To prepare for the Lunar New Year (Year of the Goat), the ceremony to receive the Certificate of Intangible Cultural Heritage for "Nghe Tinh folk songs and chants," the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the Spring 2015 Investor Meeting combined with the announcement of the Prime Minister's decision approving the general planning of Vinh City, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Vinh City People's Committee to mobilize the entire city's population to participate in urban beautification throughout the city, in all wards and communes, ensuring a green, clean, and beautiful environment; decorating with appropriate and respectful banners and signs to welcome tourists visiting the province and the city, and to serve the people celebrating Tet and welcoming the Spring.

Regarding the nighttime decorative lighting system on the streets, the City People's Committee must have a plan to call on corporations, general companies, and agencies located in the area to provide socialized sponsorship to increase responsibility and resources for implementation; and encourage agencies and units located on the main streets to take responsibility for decorating their areas to contribute to the beautification and improvement of the city.

The deadline for completion is before January 25, 2015.
