The Political Commissar of Military Region 4 inspects the 324th Division.

Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Military Region, commended the 324th Division for proactively preparing training lesson plans for all personnel and organizing their thorough and serious review. He also praised the division for its excellent preparation of training grounds, practice areas, and teaching aids, ensuring optimal training outcomes.training new recruitsand objects.

To date, the entire division has consolidated, repaired, and upgraded 166 tactical and combat training grounds and specialized training areas; and 210 drill and physical training grounds to meet the training requirements for 2025. It has also organized the painting and repair of 26,760 and the renewal of 27,799 training aids and materials; implemented 344 initiatives and 87 improvements; and invested 34,893 man-days. Party and political work in receiving and training new recruits has been carried out effectively. The environmental landscape, barracks, living quarters, bunk beds, blankets, mattresses to protect against the cold, hot and cold showers, and living equipment for soldiers have been meticulously prepared. The division has promoted agricultural production and livestock farming to ensure 100% self-sufficiency in vegetables and 80-90% self-sufficiency in meat and fish for soldiers' meals and for welcoming new recruits.

The Party Committee Secretary and Political Commissar of the Military Region requested that the Party Committee and command of the 324th Division continue to thoroughly understand the Resolution of the Central Military Commission, the Directives, orders, objectives, and targets regarding training tasks for 2025 for all officers and soldiers. They should continue to do a good job of rigorously training and developing officers. Lesson plans and lectures should be seriously reviewed and approved. At the same time, attention should be paid to effectively implementing propaganda and education activities on traditions, building determination and resolve among new recruits from the moment they enter the unit.

Inspecting and encouraging the forces practicing for the parade commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung, Political Commissar of the Military Region, emphasized: Participating in the parade is a special task and also a great honor and pride for each individual to represent the Armed Forces of the Military Region and more than 11 million people in the Military Region's area in this momentous historical event of the country.

Therefore, every officer and soldier participating in the training must always uphold the heroic traditions of the 4th Military Region, the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" from the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh, demonstrate strong determination, overcome difficulties; maximize their sense of responsibility, organize serious training from basic individual movements to group training, ensuring high quality at every stage of training. Emphasis should be placed on improving physical fitness, endurance, and flexibility to meet the demands of harsh weather conditions and training tasks.

The Political Commissar of the Military Region wished the forces participating in the parade to always be united, determined, well-prepared in all aspects, and ready to mobilize to the Mieu Mon National Training Center to organize training and joint exercises in the formation of the entire army to achieve high results, worthy of the trust and expectations of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Command of the Military Region and the Armed Forces of the Military Region.
