At Regiment 1 (Division 324), Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh praised the efforts of the officers and soldiers of the Regiment in preparing for training andreceiving new soldiers in 2025Notably, the Regiment has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the military and defense mission orders; the combat readiness training orders of the Military Region Commander, and the General Staff's instructions on implementing the 2025 combat training plan. 100% of new soldier management officers were trained before entering training; 100% of squad leaders training new soldiers in the entire 324th Division in general, and Regiment 1 in particular, have grasped the preliminary list of new soldiers who will be assigned to the squad they manage.

In addition, the work of receiving and training new soldiers is carefully prepared; the staff from squad leaders to Battalion officers are well trained in understanding, educating, and orienting the ideology of new soldiers.

The Commander of the Military Region requested the Party Committee and the commander of Regiment 1 to continue to thoroughly disseminate to all officers and soldiers the Resolution of the Central Military Commission; directives, orders, goals, and targets on training tasks in 2025. Organize training and foster cadres closely, with specific training curriculum and procedures; fully prepare lesson plans and lectures, with specific plans for approval and approval; the training ground system must follow the correct techniques and training curriculum. Units must pay attention to educating traditions and building determination for new soldiers right from the moment they enter the unit. Along with that, ensure good places to eat, stay, and live, with correct and sufficient regimes and standards for new soldiers.

At the inspection point, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of the Military Region, warmly visited and encouraged the parade training framework, grasped the ideological situation and aspirations of the cadres participating in the training. At the same time, he praised the forces for actively and proactively overcoming difficulties in weather conditions, organizing training actively and seriously, ensuring quality.

The Commander of the Military Region emphasized that participating in the parade at the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification is an honor and pride for the Military Region's Armed Forces and each participating individual.
