Waiting for an hour to withdraw money from ATM
(Baonghean.vn) - The entire Con Cuong district has only one ATM, so these days people have to wait in long lines to withdraw money, some people have to wait for up to an hour.
The only ATM of the Con Cuong Agricultural Bank is installed right in front of the branch headquarters. There is only one card counter, while the demand for cash withdrawals from people has increased, causing the overload situation to occur continuously in recent days.

Ms. Vi Thi Hoa, a worker in Bac Ninh who returned home for Tet, is one of those waiting in line to withdraw money. She said: "My house is in Luc Da commune, more than 10 kilometers from town, but it took me 4 times to withdraw money, because sometimes there were too many people, and sometimes the ATM ran out of money."
Similarly, Mr. Vi Van Hoa in Don Phuc commune complained: "My eldest son who lives far away sent some money to his parents and siblings to celebrate Tet. The whole family is counting on this, but we've been standing here since 4 pm and still haven't had our turn yet. I'm so tired."

Indeed, only by witnessing the situation of long queues waiting to withdraw money can one understand the frustration of the people, with up to 50 people waiting in line at a time, while on Tet there are many urgent matters that need to be resolved, requiring money. I think that in the long term, the banking industry should conduct a survey to install more cash withdrawal counters to create favorable conditions for the people./.
