To ensure security and order in this area, since 2010, the People's Committee of Khanh Son Commune has allowed Mr. Nguyen Trong Lich in Hamlet 14, Khanh Son I Commune to invest and exploit Cong Kep stream and annually pay the commune 120 million VND. Since then, people who want to use Cong Kep water have to buy it. For many years, many families in the commune and neighboring areas have been used to using Cong Kep water to drink all year round without having to boil it. On extremely hot days, people flock and line up to buy Cong Kep water.

The family of Ms. Ha Thi Tam, in Hamlet 14, Khanh Son I Commune, takes water from the stream to sell; on hot days, she sells 3-4 tanks with a capacity of 1,000 liters (3-4 times higher than normal days). |
