Mr. Tran Quoc Thanh, Director of the Department of Science & Technology and Ms. Cao Thi Hien, Director of the Department of Home Affairs answered questions. "The questioning session of the delegates conveyed the issues that voters were interested in and concerned about. The two department directors who answered the questions were well prepared, answered clearly, and were receptive to the issues that the delegates reflected. The leaders of the departments accepted the responsibility of the governing agencies and promised to urge implementation. However, the answers to the solutions to resolve the outstanding issues and shortcomings were not clear. The signing of labor contracts in violation of regulations needs to clearly identify the responsibility of who, at what level, and in which sector, and there must be a solution to ensure the rights of the workers."

* Mr. Moong Van Hoi (deputy of Tuong Duong district) - Head of the Ethnic Committee of the Provincial People's Council: Answering some questions was not satisfactory!

Mr. Moong Van Hoi said that the report presentation and question-and-answer session of the industry leaders were a bit long, leading to some questions not being answered satisfactorily.

For example, there has been a directive that when students applying for jobs in the locality are only considered for admission, not tested, but in our province there is still a situation of testing, which the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs have not clearly answered. There are still many cases of students being transferred after graduation but not being able to arrange jobs, the answers have not yet clarified who is responsible, at what level, and where.

Mr. Hoang Van Phi said that the leaders of the Department of Science and Technology have taken responsibility for the limitations in applying scientific topics, but that is a general responsibility for many sectors, not just the science and technology sector.

"Through monitoring the questioning session, I saw that the leaders of the departments had prepared the content quite carefully, the information and data were clear, specific, and the content was close to the situation and requirements. The questioning session on the content related to the field of science and technology had 11 delegates participating in the questioning, which shows the voters' interest in the field of science and technology. The leaders of the Department of Science and Technology also explained the opinions in a specific manner and took part of the responsibility for the remaining limitations.

The leaders of the Department of Science and Technology also reported on many achievements of the industry. With questions stating that this field still has many limitations such as many scientific topics are not practical, the ability to apply to life is not high, many research topics are still in glass cabinets, causing great waste. The leaders of the Department of Science and Technology have accepted responsibility, but it is still a general responsibility. The leader of this department pointed out the responsibility of many industries, then accepted the general responsibility, not just for his own industry.

Mr. Truong Cong Anh highly appreciated the issues selected for questioning.

"In general, the question and answer session raised good, urgent, and key issues that voters want to be resolved. The quality of the questions and answers was good, demonstrating careful preparation in terms of content. The issues related to education and science and technology were all very appropriate, but if the delegates asked more questions about the direction in which our province's agriculture will develop, it would be even "hotter" because this is an important issue and attracts the attention of the people. I suggest that it is time for natural sciences and social sciences and humanities to coordinate research, promoting the role of social sciences and humanities as a bridge between science and technology and practical applications. If a nation wants to be on par with another nation, it must have a team of intellectuals on par with another nation, so it is necessary to pay attention to doing a good job of the election policy. However, at present, the election is still lacking in that it does not originate from the need to train practical cadres, and the situation still occurs Recruitment is not planned and widespread, so after graduating, there is no job arrangement.

* Voter Lang Van Nguyet (Chau Hanh commune, Quy Chau):"My nephew is Lang Khanh Ly, a student who graduated from the Faculty of Information Technology Education - Vinh University in 2014. His parents both died of serious illness early, so he has to live with me (his grandfather) who is 76 years old this year.

Mr. Lang Van Nguyet is waiting for the departments to solve jobs for recruited students, including his nephew.

The process of studying was a huge effort, however, after graduating, I applied to several places but still could not get a job.
