Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2936/QD-UBND dated September 15, 2025 on assigning tasks to investors of public investment programs, tasks, and projects managed by the provincial and district levels. This assignment is to ensure compliance with the 2-level local government model, and at the same time, improve the efficiency of management and use of public investment capital in the whole province.
