(Baonghean) - The Party Committee Office plays a crucial role in advising, serving, and assisting the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Party Committee at all levels in organizing and managing the leadership work of the Party Committee. Aware of its duties and responsibilities, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office and Party Committee offices at all levels in the province have upheld the tradition of "Loyalty, unity, creativity, dedication, thoughtfulness, sensitivity, efficiency, and adherence to working principles," helping the Party Committee innovate leadership methods and improve the quality of leadership over the political system and various aspects of social life...

In 2014, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels led and directed the implementation of many major and important tasks, focusing on programs and projects implementing Resolution 26-NQ/TƯ dated July 30, 2013, of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020. Adhering closely to the functions and tasks stipulated by the Party, under the leadership and direction of the Party committees, directly the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the offices of Party committees at all levels have demonstrated initiative, creativity, and improved professionalism and modernity, striving to enhance the effectiveness of their work. Regarding comprehensive advisory work: The Provincial Party Committee Office and the offices of Party committees at all levels have proactively advised on the annual work program and monthly work plans of the Standing Committee and the Party Committee, ensuring comprehensive leadership in all fields; Simultaneously, focus on key priorities and promptly address pressing issues in the province. Effective monitoring, supervision, evaluation, and coordination in preparing content and projects for submission to the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee have been carried out. To date, the 2014 work program of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee has been largely completed with high quality (the Provincial Party Standing Committee has approved 19 out of 21 programs and projects implementing Resolution 26 of the Politburo on Nghe An).

The quality of information gathering has been steadily improving, especially in preparing content for monthly meetings of the Provincial Party Standing Committee with district, city, and town Party secretaries and subordinate Party committees; quarterly meetings with Party building committees, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations; and numerous working sessions between Party and State leaders and leaders of Nghe An province...; thereby helping the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee to comprehensively and promptly lead and direct in all fields, especially in promptly addressing pressing and prominent issues arising in practice.

Also in 2014, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Party Committee offices at all levels coordinated with various departments and agencies to effectively implement several major thematic projects such as: summarizing 30 years of reform "On building the ruling Party, reforming the content and methods of Party leadership"; and reviewing one year of implementing Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020. These were highly appreciated by the Provincial Party Committee and the Central Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee Office and Party Committee offices at all levels continue to promote administrative reform within their agencies, effectively carrying out document management; reviewing, printing, and distributing documents; ensuring smooth information flow and timely service for the leadership and guidance of the Party Committee. They also effectively manage archiving; organize, preserve, and safely store documents to meet the research and access needs of the Provincial Party Committee. They actively implement the "Innovation in Equipment and Information Security" project, improving the efficiency of using the network system and information technology equipment within the Provincial Party Committee and providing technical support to subordinate units. They promptly receive and deploy the Lotus Notes 8.5 software and other new technology applications from the Central Party Office. They also deploy the M-OFICE software in the Provincial Party Committee's departments to strengthen leadership, management, administration, and improve work efficiency.

Advising on the effective management and use of the Party's budget and assets, meeting the regular and unexpected operational needs of Party committees, Party agencies, and affiliated units. Arranging for the reception and meticulous service of a large number of visiting delegations, including many international delegations, to the Provincial Party Committee. Coordinating and advising on the successful commemoration of major holidays throughout the year. Taking care to strengthen infrastructure, ensuring electricity, water, environmental sanitation, and other conditions and means of operation for agencies and Party committees.

The Provincial Party Committee Office and offices at all levels promptly implemented the restructuring of the organizational apparatus according to the new regulations of the Politburo; supplemented and perfected the system of regulations, rules, and work procedures; and effectively carried out recruitment, training, and professional development to improve the quality of the staff. They built strong, united, and harmonious agencies and units, striving to excellently fulfill their assigned tasks.

With the achievements made in 2014, the Provincial Party Committee Office was awarded Certificates of Merit by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee for outstanding performance in its work; 3 specialized departments and 3 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 2 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister; 1 individual was awarded the Third-Class Labor Medal and 6 comrades were awarded the Commemorative Medal for their contributions to the work of the Party Committee Office.

It can be proudly stated that the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Party Committee offices at all levels in the province have upheld the tradition of the sector: "Loyalty, unity, creativity, dedication, thoughtfulness, sensitivity, efficiency, and adherence to working principles," helping Party committees innovate leadership methods and improve the quality of leadership over the political system and various aspects of social life; making a significant contribution to the positive changes in the province in recent times.

Currently, the Provincial Party Committee Office and Party committee offices at all levels are focusing on successfully completing their tasks in 2014 and preparing work plans for 2015. The main focus is on coordinating efforts to achieve the highest possible results in fulfilling the 2014 targets and plans; concentrating on guiding document preparation for lower levels and advising on the drafting of documents, as well as the necessary conditions and resources for the 18th Provincial Party Congress and Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term. They will continue to closely coordinate with all levels and sectors to effectively implement Resolution 26-NQ/TƯ dated July 30, 2014, of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020.
