Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission attended the Great Solidarity Festival in Chieng village

On November 10, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, along with leaders of a number of departments, branches, and organizations at the provincial and district levels, attended the Great Unity Day in Chieng village, Chau Phong commune, Quy Chau district.

Chieng village has 137 households with 649 people, of which 99% are Thai ethnic people. In recent years, the people of Chieng village have constantly overcome difficulties and actively implemented the Campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas", building increasingly innovative villages. Associations and organizations have mobilized people to help each other develop the economy and escape poverty sustainably. Up to now, the poverty rate has decreased to 39.41%. 100/137 households have achieved the title of Cultural Family.

100% of school-age children attend school; 100% of people are eligible for health insurance cards. People comply with village and community regulations, actively prevent and combat crimes, social evils, and maintain security and order.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Bui Thanh An praised the achievements of Chieng village in recent times. At the same time, he requested the unit to continue promoting the achievements, focusing on production, economic development; preserving national cultural values; building a united and strong unit.

Provincial Party Committee Inspection Commission presented gratitude houses.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee presented a gratitude house worth 75 million VND and a clean water project to Mr. Truong Van Giao's family in Chieng village, Chau Phong commune; the District Fatherland Front Committee presented 30 million VND to support the repair of the Great Solidarity house for Mr. Luong Van Ngoan's family in Chieng village, Chau Phong commune.

Giving solidarity houses to poor families.

At the same time, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also presented 10 gifts, the District Fatherland Front Committee presented 5 gifts, each worth 500 thousand VND, to poor households in Chieng village. In addition, many agencies and units also presented gifts, sharing the joy of the great solidarity day with the people of Chieng village.
