(Baonghean.vn) – Visiting and talking with officials and people of Nghia Dong commune, Tan Ky district on the afternoon of April 28, President Tran Dai Quang was particularly impressed by the results of new rural construction in this locality.

At Kim Lien Relic Site, President Tran Dai Quang and his delegation respectfully offered incense, flowers, and memorial offerings, expressing their infinite gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of our Party and people, national liberation hero - world cultural celebrity.

At Truong Bon Historical Relic Site, My Son Commune, Do Luong District, President Tran Dai Quang and his delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate 13 heroic martyrs at the grave site and more than 1,200 heroic martyrs at the Memorial House of the Relic Site.

Previously, President Tran Dai Quang visited and worked in Tan Ky district. At Km 0 of the special national relic of Truong Son road - Ho Chi Minh road, comrade Tran Dai Quang planted trees, listened to the introduction and wrote in the golden book of the relic site.

The President presented gifts to officials and staff at the relic sites he visited.

Happy and moved by the affection of comrades and people of Nghia Dong commune for the delegation, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, the President sent to the leaders of Nghe An province, Tan Ky district, Nghia Dong commune and the people his warm regards, warm feelings and best wishes on the occasion of the 42nd anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification; International Labor Day (May 1) and Uncle Ho's birthday (May 19).

Expressing his excitement at the new developments of Tan Ky district in general and being particularly impressed that Nghia Dong commune, despite its difficult starting point, has reached the new rural finish line, the President assessed: "That affirms the efforts to strive, the revolutionary spirit, patriotism, the will to be self-reliant, the solidarity, unanimity and joint efforts of the Party Committee, the government and the people and comrades of the commune".

After more than 30 years of implementing the renovation process, the President emphasized that our country has achieved many great achievements in all fields, its position has been enhanced in the international arena, and is highly respected by international friends.

In the coming time, the opportunities and fortunes for the country are enormous but difficulties and challenges are intertwined. The President pointed out that our country's task is to strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, building our country into an industrialized and modernized country with a socialist orientation by 2020.

In order to join the entire Party, people and army of the whole country in striving to successfully implement the goals set out in the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress and the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, the President hopes that Nghia Dong commune in particular and Tan Ky district in general will continue to promote the tradition of the heroic Soviet homeland, the spirit of self-reliance, self-improvement, experiences and lessons; at the same time, continue to research, innovate, and find new breakthroughs to focus on comprehensive development of all economic and social aspects.

“Building Nghia Dong commune and Tan Ky district to become more and more prosperous, together with the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An to build the province to develop fairly in the region and in the whole country,” the President emphasized.

To achieve that, President Tran Dai Quang pointed out: We must be united, unanimous, and highly unanimous; actively research; apply scientific and technological advances, good production experience to restructure production industries, link between the four sectors to develop high-tech agriculture to increase the value of goods and income, improve people's lives; and at the same time accumulate capital to serve the construction and development of other sectors.

The President also requested that Tan Ky district and Nghia Dong commune regularly take care of ensuring security and order, maintaining political and social stability; building an increasingly clean and strong political system and mass organizations to gather and mobilize the majority of people to actively participate in labor and production, contributing to the cause of building and developing the homeland and the country.

Sharing the immediate difficulties of Nghia Dong commune, the President presented this locality with a kindergarten canteen with a scale of 500 children and assigned the provincial and district leaders to urge the implementation and handover to the commune under the turnkey method.

In Nghia Dong commune, comrade Tran Dai Quang visited the dairy cow farming model of Mr. Ngo Xuan Ngoan's family with a scale of 70 cows, earning more than 2 billion/year.

Also this afternoon, the President visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Ho Van Tho, a 2/4 class war invalid in Nghia Dong commune and presented 10 gifts to policy families in Nghia Dong, Nghia Binh, Nghia Hop communes, Tan Ky district.
