President posthumously awarded Medal of Bravery to student who saved drowning friend

It is known that at around 3pm on April 18, two children, Luong Bao Khanh and Ha Nhat Anh, invited each other to go swimming in the Luoc Lau area of Hieu River. While bathing, Khanh and Anh slipped into a deep hole in the river. At that time, Luong Manh Tuan was helping his family herd cows, and saw this and swam out to save the two children.
