National Assembly Chairwoman begins attending the World Conference of Women Speakers of Parliament
At exactly 6:55 p.m. on December 11 (local time), National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and the high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly arrived at Abu Dhabi International Airport in the capital of Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to attend the 11th World Summit of Women Speakers of Parliament from December 11-13 at the invitation of President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Saber Chowdhury and President of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates Amal Al Qubaisi.

Welcoming National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and the high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly at the airport were Ms. Afra Al Busti, member of the UAE National Assembly; UAE protocol officer; Ambassador Pham Binh Dam and many officials of the Vietnamese Embassy in the UAE.
The Vietnamese National Assembly delegation led by National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan attending this conference continued to demonstrate a positive and proactive policy of international integration, promoting the role and position of Vietnam and the Vietnamese National Assembly in regional and international parliamentary forums, while affirming the gender equality policy of the Party and State of Vietnam./.
