National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man offers flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs in Nghe An
On the afternoon of July 8, Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly visited and offered flowers and incense at the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, Nam Dan District (Nghe An).

The delegation included comrades: Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education, Chairman of the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association; Nguyen Thanh Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee.

Accompanying him were representatives of the National Assembly Office, the Petition Committee, the assistant and secretary of the National Assembly Chairman and other members of the working delegation.

In the sacred atmosphere, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express his infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh.
President Ho Chi Minh has passed away, but his image will always live forever in the mountains and rivers of Vietnam. His thoughts will always light the way and show the way for the Vietnamese revolution to go from one victory to another.

During his working program in Nghe An, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man visited and offered flowers and incense at the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery in Anh Son district, Nghe An province on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024).


National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense at the Memorial House of Uncle Ho and the Heroic Martyrs, the Monument of Heroic Martyrs; respectfully bowed to express gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and the noble sacrifices of the Heroic Martyrs.
The Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery was built in 1976, covering an area of nearly 7 hectares and is the largest cemetery gathering the graves of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died in Laos.



To date, the cemetery has received and cared for nearly 11,000 graves of martyrs from 47 provinces and cities across the country who died on the battlefield in Laos.



This is also the only cemetery in Vietnam named after the two countries Vietnam and Laos and is a symbolic work for the loyal and steadfast solidarity of the two brotherly nations.
