National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue leaves for official visit to Hungary
At the invitation of Chairman of the Hungarian National Assembly László Kövér, on June 25, 2022, Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue led a high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly to leave Hanoi for an official visit to Hungary from June 26-28, 2022.

The high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly included members of the Party Central Committee: Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh; Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Secretary General of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong; Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee Vu Hai Ha; Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Culture and Education Committee Nguyen Dac Vinh; Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long; Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son; Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh Province Vu Dai Thang; Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City Le Quang Manh.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ha Kim Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Quoc Khanh, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Hungary Nguyen Thi Bich Thao also joined the delegation.
The visit took place in the context of positive developments in bilateral relations since the two sides upgraded their relationship to Comprehensive Partnership during General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's visit to Hungary (in 2018), demonstrating the determination of the two countries' leaders in promoting bilateral relations.
