On June 9, news from the Ha Tinh Provincial Election Council said: According to the results just announced by the National Election Council on the election of the 14th National Assembly, Ha Tinh has 3 constituencies, electing 7 National Assembly Deputies from 13 candidates. Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue was elected as a National Assembly Deputy with 95.32% of the votes, followed by Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh, Chairman of the Ha Tinh People's Committee (the youngest provincial Chairman in the country) was elected as a National Assembly Deputy with over 91.80% of the votes.
