However, through inspection and monitoring, the People's Committee of the district still found that Son Ha Construction Materials and Trading Company Limited continued to exploit, but the People's Committee of Trung Son commune did not take measures to prevent it according to the direction of the People's Committee of the district.

Despite the suspension, activities at the gathering place of Son Ha Construction Materials and Trading Company Limited are still taking place normally.

Regarding this issue, first of all, the District People's Committee criticized and reminded the Chairman of the Trung Son Commune People's Committee for not strictly complying with the contents of Official Dispatch No. 1211/UBND.TN dated November 17, 2016 on suspending sand and gravel mining activities of Son Ha Construction Materials and Trading Company Limited.

Now, the District People's Committee continues to request the Chairman of the Trung Son Commune People's Committee to strictly implement Official Dispatch No. 1211/UBND.TN...".

On January 17, 2016, the People's Committee of Do Luong district issued Official Dispatch No. 1211 with the content of suspending the operation of sand and gravel mining vehicles (boats, barges of the company and other individuals) currently operating in the mine area of ​​Son Ha Construction Materials and Trading Company Limited.

To ensure state management, in addition to requiring Son Ha Construction Materials and Trading Company Limited to suspend sand and gravel mining activities, the People's Committee of Do Luong district assigned the Chairman of Trung Son commune People's Committee to "regularly inspect and monitor the implementation of the suspension conclusion".
