Commune chairman created fake documents causing loss of nearly 400 million

Accordingly, around October 2015, taking advantage of his position as Chairman of Quang Loi commune, Mr. Ty Viet Bac, 55 years old, residing in Dam Ha town, Dam Ha district, colluded with Nguyen Van Tam, 65 years old, also residing in Dam Ha town, Dam Ha district - Director of Tam Loc Company Limited to organize investment in a level 3 canal project made of D200mm PVC plastic pipe, violating regulations on investment in construction projects.
After the project was approved, Nguyen Van Tam created fake payment records for phase 1 of the project to transfer more than 385 million VND into Tam Loc company's account, causing loss to the state budget.
