Auto repair shop owner caught spreading nails on highway
Pham Ba Quang, 35 years old, from Thanh Hoa, was caught red-handed spreading nails on National Highway 51 in the early morning of April 4.
Quang was caught by detectives while riding a motorbike and scattering nails on the road, in Tam Phuoc ward, Bien Hoa city. A plastic bottle containing hundreds of unsown nails was confiscated.

Searching Quang's nearby repair shop, police discovered more than 500 diamond-shaped nails, nearly 400 iron bars about 30 cm long, and many old motorcycle tires and inner tubes.
The suspect confessed that over the past two months he had bought iron bars, cut them into nails, put them in plastic bottles, and disguised them with many layers of sacks before hanging them on his motorbike and scattering them on the street early in the morning.
If a car gets hit by a nail, Quang will replace the inner tube and tire for 80,000 and 350,000 VND. Every day, there are nearly 10 victims of this shop.
The situation of spreading nails on Highway 51 has been happening for many years. Over 5 km through Tam Phuoc ward, there are dozens of auto repair shops. Last year, the police also arrested the owner of the auto repair shop.have similar behavior.
