On the morning of September 10, Phu Nhuan District Police (HCMC) coordinated with relevant units to examine the scene and investigate a murder case that occurred near a car repair shop on Nguyen Dinh Chinh Street (Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District).

The victim was Hoang Dinh Uy (35 years old, from Thai Binh).

According to people living in the area, Mr. Uy and his younger brother rented a space to open a motorbike repair shop on Nguyen Dinh Chinh Street (Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District) for several years now.

Initial information, at around 0:30 a.m. the same day, while drinking together, Mr. Uy and a young man (about 25 years old) had a conflict that led to an exchange of words. Mr. Uy was chased by this young man with a knife, stabbed many times, and collapsed on the street.

Mr. Uy was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but did not survive.

The incident was recorded by a nearby resident's camera.

Phu Nhuan District authorities and related units have blocked off the scene and are investigating the perpetrator.
