I am well aware that being nominated as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term is both an honor and a great responsibility. If elected, I will carry out the following key tasks:

Firstly: During my time as Secretary of Anh Son District Party Committee, I, together with the Standing Committee and the District Party Committee, developed and implemented specialized resolutions of the People's Council on socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security for the 2011-2016 term, and researched and developed the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

Besides, I also understand and share the advantages, potentials, development resources of the district as well as the difficulties that the local people have been facing in the past time.

Therefore, this is the basis and favorable premise for me to become a representative of the Provincial People's Council, I will actively participate with the local Party Committee and government to effectively implement the policies and guidelines along with the proposals raised by voters. Thereby, contributing to making the activities of the People's Council increasingly innovative, closer to the people and more effective.

Second: I will fulfill my responsibilities, do anything that benefits the people, because the interests of the people are paramount. Seriously carry out my duties and tasks, ensuring the standards of a people's representative. That is to be loyal to the Fatherland, the people and the Constitution, strive to carry out the renovation process, for the goal of a rich people, a strong country, a fair, democratic and civilized society. Always cultivate moral qualities, diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, exemplary compliance with the law, resolutely fight against corruption, waste, all manifestations of bureaucracy, arrogance, authoritarianism and other violations of the law.

Third: I will develop a specific work plan for the People's Council representative for each period in line with the requirements, tasks and realities of the locality, close to the people, resolve and contribute to promptly resolving the legitimate aspirations of the people. Actively contact, listen to opinions, recommendations and proposals of voters and local people, grasp the socio-economic situation, especially the difficulties and obstacles in the lives of the people.

Fourth: I will actively participate in building, planning, and proposing mechanisms and policies, focusing on the following areas: hunger eradication, poverty reduction, job creation, and policies to support agricultural, farmer, and rural development. Actively attract investment in infrastructure construction, contribute to the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Development, and call for investment in projects in which Anh Son district has advantages such as construction materials and agricultural products to create jobs for workers, contributing to stable farming and settlement.

Along with that, pay much attention to policies to support production and product consumption, apply science and technology to improve the quality, productivity and value of crops and livestock, transform economic structure, and increase people's income.

Fifth: In line with current duties and positions, inspection and supervision will be strengthened to rectify and promote administrative reform, improve the public ethics of cadres and civil servants to serve the people better and better. Focus on inspection and supervision of asset declaration; anti-corruption and waste prevention; inspection and supervision of the development, promulgation and implementation of resolutions, programs, projects... on socio-economic development in Anh Son district in particular and Nghe An province in general.
