Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam inaugurates the largest pagoda in Vietnam

On the morning of February 21 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year), Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam attended and beat the drum to open the Bai Dinh Pagoda Festival in the spring of Mau Tuat 2018. Thousands of monks, nuns, Buddhists, people and tourists from all over the world flocked to the largest pagoda in Vietnam to pray for peace in the new year.

A day with Bai Dinh pagoda

A group of reporters from Nghe An Newspaper arrived at Bai Dinh Pagoda (Ninh Binh) 3 days after the pagoda welcomed the Buddha's relics by plane from India. Although the time was very limited, the number of pilgrims returning was too large, causing traffic jams, and the mobile network was disrupted... the reporters' lenses still captured many images of this newly built but very famous pagoda.
