For young people experiencing premature graying of hair who want to stop it, here are some effective folk remedies:

Lesson 1:

Pick black chrysanthemum flowers and press them overnight until black liquid comes out (the heavier the press, the better). Then dry them thoroughly in the sun for 3-4 days before storing them in a sealed jar for later use.

Dosage: Boil 10-16g of chrysanthemum flowers with 4g of licorice root in 300ml of water until only 100ml remains. Divide into 3 doses and drink throughout the day. Continue this treatment for about 3 months to turn gray hair back to black.

Lesson 2:

Wash the water lily bulbs thoroughly, then roast them until fragrant and golden brown, about 200g.

Dried Bidens pilosa herb, stored in a cool, shaded place, 500g

Both ingredients are finely ground and mixed well. Take twice daily with rice water on an empty stomach or with 300 ml of good quality wine. Alternatively, mix with honey to form pills (about 100 pills). Take twice daily, one pill each time with hot water. Continue this for several months and your hair will turn black again.

Lesson 3:

Take 1 kg of ripe black mulberries. Place them in a soft cloth and squeeze out the black juice. Simmer over low heat until it becomes a soft paste. Drink twice a day, 5-10g each time. Alternatively, wash the ripe mulberries, let them dry, blanch them in boiling water, put them in a clean jar, add sugar, and soak them to make a syrup. Dilute with water and drink 1-2 times a day. Continue drinking until your hair turns black again.

Lesson 4:

20g of chrysanthemum flowers

50g mung bean seeds

100g licorice root

Finely chopped cassia seeds and licorice root, roasted until fragrant, are mixed with chrysanthemum flowers and steeped in boiling water to make a tea substitute to drink daily.
