Prepare content for the meeting between the Provincial Party Committee and department-level leaders of agencies

The meeting between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of departments and equivalent levels in the provincial agencies is an important content in the coordination program between the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in 2019.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee has agreed and planned to direct and assign the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and related departments and branches to do a good job of preparation. The purpose is for the meeting to truly be a forum for provincial leaders to listen and give direct opinions on issues arising in the practice of advising and implementing professional tasks from department-level leaders and equivalents in the provincial agencies, thereby, leaders can better carry out the task of developing Nghe An province in the immediate future and the following years.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc emphasized the importance of the upcoming conference, affirming that this is an opportunity to unify the awareness, viewpoints, mottos, tasks, and solutions to implement the political tasks of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; convey the will, political determination, and wishes of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to fulfill at the highest level the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress to the team of leaders at the department level and equivalent in provincial agencies; affirming the important role of the Party Committee, the team of leaders at the department level and equivalent in provincial agencies in performing tasks, contributing significantly to the results of implementing the goals and targets.

Acknowledging and appreciating the contributions showing responsibility and concern for the province's development from the advisory group members, the Party Secretary of the Bloc emphasized that the upcoming conference is the first time that the team of leaders at the department level and equivalent have the opportunity to directly exchange, propose, recommend and advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in leading the implementation of political tasks of each sector and field.

In particular, this is an opportunity to discuss difficulties, point out shortcomings and obstacles in the implementation of assigned tasks; recommend, propose and advise provincial leaders on contents, targets and solutions suitable to the reality of the industry, of the unit in particular and the task of socio-economic development in general. Therefore, it sets high requirements for the advisory group and the Party Committee's staff in the coming time to continue to listen, research and give specific opinions to organize meetings to achieve the set goals and requirements.

Expected 3 key content groups of the meeting:

- General assessment of the results of implementing the socio-economic development tasks in 2019; the results of implementing the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020; socio-economic development strategy for the period 2011 - 2020; orientations and issues arising in implementing the socio-economic development tasks in 2020, term 2020 - 2025 and period 2021 - 2030.

-Identify strengths, key points, potentials and advantages of Nghe An in various fields and localities to focus on directing; viewpoints on resolving the contradictions between rapid and sustainable development, between extensive and in-depth development, between speed and quality of the growth model, between economic development and national defense - security and ensuring social security.

-Issue and implement mechanisms, policies, conditions, working environment, associated with organizational work, personnel work (recruitment, planning, training, fostering, mobilization, rotation, appointment, comments, evaluation, emulation, rewards, discipline, etc.)
