After listening to the reports of the units and concluding this content, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Thi Thu Huong emphasized: The organization of the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday is to commemorate, show gratitude and honor the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

Thereby, enhancing the responsibility of the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army in implementing His Testament, promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; contributing to creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, determined to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term and welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels, the 19th Provincial Party Congress, towards the 13th National Congress of the Party.
