Preparing over 1.1 million seedlings for spring-summer forest planting

(Baonghean.vn) - To prepare for spring-summer forest planting, Tuong Duong Forestry Company has prepared over 1.1 million seedlings of various types that ensure quality standards to serve the need for planting raw forest materials for the district.

Workers are taking care of newly planted seedlings.

Of which, over 700,000 acacia trees, 300,000 meter trees, 50,000 mahogany trees, and 50,000 teak trees have been planted. It is expected that by April 15, the seeds will be released for people to plant over 600 hectares of raw material forest.

In addition, the Company continues to nurture over 1 million seedlings to serve the planting of 400 hectares of autumn forest for the entire Tuong Duong district.At the 2 nurseries, along with investing in electricity, irrigation water, and greenhouse systems, Tuong Duong Forestry Company also assigned experienced technical staff to manage the nurseries and create jobs for 30 seasonal workers.
