(Baonghean.vn) - On April 14, 2014, Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police came to present flowers and award the Drug Crime Investigation Department and some professional units - Nghe An Police for their achievements in destroying a drug trafficking ring, arresting 3 subjects, and seizing 8 heroin cakes.

Previously, the Drug Crime Investigation Department of Nghe An Police in coordination with a number of professional units successfully discovered Project 209H, arresting Le Thi Hang (born in 1982) and Phung Ba Dung (born in 1991), both residing in Hamlet 4, Nghi Phong Commune, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An Province, for the act of buying and selling 8 heroin cakes. The police force also arrested Lo Thi Thu (residing in Que Phong District, Nghe An), who is related to the heroin trafficking case mentioned above.
