The project has a total investment of more than 283 billion VND, including block 1 and block 2, 20-storey building architecture, 1 basement + 1 attic, construction area of ​​844.25m2², total floor area 16,844.5m². Basement height is 3.3m, first floor height is 3.9m. Total height of the building is 67.45m; the building has 3 elevators, 2 staircases. According to the design plan that the unit said, the house has a reinforced concrete frame structure, bored pile foundation, columns, beams, and monolithic reinforced concrete floors. Columns, walls, beams, ceilings are plastered with cement mortar, putty, paint, floor tiles, toilet area is tiled with anti-slip tiles. Steps, stairs are tiled and paved with Granite, door system, windows are made of steel-core plastic frames, safety glass.

According to the assessment of the Department of Construction, Truong Thinh Apartment Building in Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City is in accordance with the approved planning and current construction standards and regulations, and is eligible for implementation. The project was also permitted by the People's Committee of Nghe An Province to change the land use purpose and transfer the land to Tecco Central Joint Stock Company in accordance with the provisions of law.
