Final round of the Self-Made Teaching Aids Competition for Junior High Schools, academic year 2011-2012
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, April 25th, in Vinh City, the Department of Education and Training organized the final round of the Self-Made Teaching Aids Competition for junior high schools in the 2011-2012 school year.
This year's final competition features 499 teaching aids in 17 subjects from secondary school teachers in 20 districts and towns. These are outstanding products with high practical application and creativity, selected from the preliminary competitions.

The competition is held every four years to encourage teachers to design, create, and improve teaching aids, thereby diversifying visual teaching tools, eliminating rote teaching and learning, and contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning.
In each competition category, the Organizing Committee will award 1 special prize, 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, and 5 third prizes to the authors or groups of authors with the best products. Authors winning the special prize and first prize will receive a Level 4 provincial-level certificate for innovative teaching methods; those winning the second and third prizes will receive a Level 4 encouragement certificate for innovative teaching methods.
The competition took place over two days, April 25th and 26th.
