Throughout the program is the image of Lam River - the river flowing along the length of Nghe land, accompanying and witnessing all historical events of this land. The program aims to praise the natural beauty of Nghe people, the picture of human love, love between couples and the loyalty of Nghe people.

Part 2 of the program depicts the natural landscape and people of the upper Lam River; at the same time praising the solidarity and cultural colors of the ethnic groups in Nghe An. The dances, the sounds of the Khen and the folk songs of the ethnic groups in this part are stylized and developed into very unique works of art.

The program was highly appreciated by the members of the art council in terms of both literary content and performance art. The program had a strong breakthrough in compositions and performances. The members of the art council hoped that the artists would further refine each song and dance, breathe life into each movement and sound to have many truly artistic performances.
