1. Food that is too hot can cause esophageal cancer
Hot foods are common in daily life, mainly including hot coffee, hot milk tea, spicy soup and hot pot,... Although it can satisfy everyone's taste, these are the culprits that damage the esophagus and cause esophageal cancer.
If you eat food hotter than 65 degrees Celsius for a long time, the risk of developing esophageal cancer will be up to 70%. Normally when eating rice, you can use your lips to test the temperature, hot food just taken out of the pot should not be eaten immediately.
2. Salted foods cause stomach cancer
A high-salt diet is the main cause of stomach cancer. Long-term consumption of foods containing high levels of salt will destroy the stomach lining. Pickled foods contain a lot of nitrite, and during the pickling process, salt will produce nitrite, which is a very strong carcinogen. Normally, try to eat less foods such as bacon and pickles, and the amount of salt should not exceed 5 grams per day.
3. Fried foods can cause bowel cancer
During the process of cooking foods at temperatures higher than 120 degrees such as frying with cooking oil (vegetable oil), cooking oil will produce acrylamide - an intermediate product formed from a chemical reaction between heat-reduced sugar and asparagine amine acid, which can cause cancer, this substance increases the risk of intestinal cancer and stomach cancer.
Try to limit fried foods, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, eat 150 grams of whole grains every day and 30 minutes of aerobic exercise every day, to reduce the cancer-causing potential of intestinal polyps.
4. Moldy food can lead to liver cancer
Aflatoxin in moldy food is a major cause of liver cancer, and adults who consume just 1 mg of aflatoxin can cause cancer. This toxin must be completely destroyed at temperatures above 280 degrees Celsius. Therefore, it is recommended that people never eat moldy food, even if the moldy part is cut off, do not eat the remaining part, especially moldy sweet potatoes, sugarcane, walnuts, and peanuts.
5. High-calorie foods can cause pancreatic cancer
