US expert warns Ukrainian Armed Forces about Kursk province
Retired US officer Daniel Davis said on social network X that the refusal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to withdraw from the Kursk region will end badly for Ukraine.
“This has troubling consequences for Ukraine’s overall military efforts,” wrote Daniel Davis.

Mr. Daniel Davis explained that the Russian army has repelled the Ukrainian offensive and the Ukrainian Armed Forces should withdraw, but it is likely that they will continue to send reinforcements to the Kursk region, losing both manpower and territory in the North and East of Ukraine.
In a related development, on August 28, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that in fighting in Kursk province, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost more than 6,600 soldiers.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Kiev regime had committed a provocation and was firing indiscriminately, including at civilian targets. Putin said that Russia would respond adequately and achieve all its goals.
