Transferring and receiving grassroots party organizations and party members to Party Committees, Party agencies and the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Hoang Van Nhien - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ngo Dinh Vien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Party Agencies and comrades secretaries of Party committees of grassroots party organizations transferring and receiving.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 642 - QD/DUK dated February 12, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies of Nghe An province transferring 19 grassroots party organizations and 700 party members to the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies of Nghe An province; at the same time receiving 16 grassroots party organizations and 1,864 party members from the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprises Bloc of Nghe An province transferred to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

The above transfer and acceptance aim to implement the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on ending the activities of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee, the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee and establishing the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, the Nghe An Provincial Party Agencies Party Committee.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 3254, dated February 12, 2025, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee under the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

In Decision No. 3255-QD/TU dated February 12, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Agencies under the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

In the above decisions, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has clearly stated that the grassroots party organizations under the Provincial Agencies Party Committee and the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee will be transferred to the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee and the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, before ending their operations and completing the work of receiving and transferring party organizations, party members... of these two party committees before February 28, 2025 according to Decision No. 3257-QD/TU dated February 12, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

At the handover and reception ceremony, comrade Ngo Dinh Vien - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies highly appreciated the leading and core role of 19 grassroots organizations under the former Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies, now transferred to the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies.

Comrade Ngo Dinh Vien hopes that the 19 grassroots party organizations will continue to promote their traditions, roles, functions and tasks to perform their tasks well in the coming time; first of all, they will well implement the directions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; lead the implementation of streamlining the organizational apparatus to be efficient, effective and effective and deploy party congresses at all levels.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Comrade Hoang Van Nhien - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee informed about a number of key tasks under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, especially focusing on breakthroughs in digital transformation; thereby requesting 16 grassroots party organizations and 1,864 party members from the Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee to transfer to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to implement the Party Committee's policies and orientations; promote the tradition of solidarity, sharing, and mutual assistance to build the Party Committee.

Comrade Hoang Van Nhien wished the grassroots party organizations that were transferred and received to successfully complete their tasks in the coming time. The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee will continue to unite and coordinate in common activities in the coming time to achieve high results.

Immediately afterwards, comrades Hoang Thi Thu Hien - former Head of the Organization Board of the Provincial Enterprise Party Committee and Ho Thi Hong Lien - Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, former Head of the Organization Board of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee signed the minutes of handover and receipt of grassroots party organizations.
