Viettel Club makes surprising decision before Hanoi FC match
At 7:00 p.m. tomorrow, Viettel FC will host Hanoi FC in round 3 of V.League 2019 at Hang Day Stadium. According to information provided by Mr. Do Manh Dung - Director of Viettel Football Center, the organizing committee will open the stadium to welcome spectators.
Tomorrow night, the highlight match of round 3 of V.League 2019 between Viettel FC (the team considered the descendant of The Cong) and Hanoi FC will take place at Hang Day Stadium.
This match will witness the return of national player Que Ngoc Hai - who received a red card in his debut match for the army team (losing 1-3 to SHB.Da Nang in round 1).

Not only that, the attraction also lies in the fact that in the lineup of the two teams, there are many bright spots that have affirmed their value under coach Park Hang-seo such as central defender Bui Tien Dung, Trong Hoang (Viettel)... Quang Hai, Duy Manh, Duc Huy, Van Hau, Hung Dung (Hanoi FC).
Both sides also have quality foreign players such as Oseni, Omar, Hoang Vu Samson (Hanoi FC) and Joao De Souza - who has been scoring regularly for Viettel in the past two rounds.
Viettel also has the presence of Korean coach Lee Heung Sil - a friend of coach Park Hang-seo.

With all those reasons and the enthusiasm of the fans of both teams, the match promises to recreate somewhat the atmosphere of the "derby" of the Capital between The Cong - Cong An Ha Noi in the past.
The question is how tickets will be issued to satisfy fans' needs, especially when the second round match against Thanh Hoa (Viettel won 2-1), the organizers opened the gates to welcome spectators into the stadium.
Answering this question from Dan Viet this afternoon, former The Cong and national team player Do Manh Dung - who is currently the Director of Viettel Football Center said:
"To attract fans to the stadium, not only the matches against Thanh Hoa and Hanoi FC, Viettel's first leg matches this season are all open to the public.
Hopefully, fans in general and generations of The Cong fans in particular will come to the stadium in large numbers to "fuel" the team to play a great match."
In addition to the determination to win against defending champion Hanoi FC, the match is also an opportunity for names like Hoang Duc, Dinh Thanh Binh, Tien Anh, Duc Chien (Viettel) to prove their abilities before joining the U23 Vietnam team to prepare for the 2020 U23 Asian qualifiers.
According to Viettel assistant coach Nguyen Hai Bien, during a recent training session with the team, Que Ngoc Hai suffered an ankle injury. However, Ngoc Hai has now recovered well and will likely be on the field to compete with Hanoi FC.
