Prize structure of the national online contest 'Learn about the Law on Vietnam Coast Guard'

The contest "Learning about the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard" is organized to strengthen the propaganda and dissemination of the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard and the cause of managing and protecting the sea and islands of the Fatherland nationwide; linking the task of propagating and disseminating the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard with the responsibility of performing the tasks and powers of agencies and organizations; changing and raising the awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers and people of all walks of life when exercising their rights and obligations as citizens in managing and protecting the sea and islands of the Fatherland; contributing to motivating and encouraging Vietnamese agencies, organizations and citizens at home and abroad to respond, participate in building, coordinating, collaborating, supporting and helping the Vietnam Coast Guard to perform its assigned functions, tasks and powers.

The contest is organized online on the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal, the Coast Guard's Electronic Information Portal and places links, banners, and logos to attract contestants to participate in the contest on the Electronic Information Page for Dissemination and Legal Education/Ministry of Justice, the National Assembly Television Electronic Information Page and the websites of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnam Television, the Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam News Agency, Nhan Dan Electronic Newspaper, the Electronic Information Portals of the Provincial People's Committees and other central and local news and press agencies.

The competition is held for one month,starting from 0:00 on September 6, 2021 to 23:59 on October 6, 2021In addition to the monthly contest, the Organizing Committee also launches weekly contests.

Based on the test results of the contestants, the Organizing Committee will consider and award individual prizes with the following prize structure:

1 Special prize, 5 First prizes, 10 Second prizes, 15 Third prizes, 20 Encouragement prizes.

Based on the number and results of entries from candidates residing in the same locality, agency or unit, the Organizing Committee will consider awarding collective prizes including:

1 Special prize, 5 First prizes, 10 Second prizes, 15 Third prizes, 20 Encouragement prizes.

In addition, every week, the Organizing Committee will also consider and award weekly prizes to individuals with 3 First Prizes, 5 Second Prizes, 10 Third Prizes and 15 Consolation Prizes. Collectives and individuals with good achievements, in some special cases, can be awarded encouragement prizes and gifts in kind from the competition.
