(Baonghean.vn) - The project to upgrade and renovate the North Canal under the Vinh Urban Development Sub-project has been put into use for nearly 2 years. However, the canal bed and both sides of the embankment are now covered with grass and trees, posing a risk of blocking the flow, especially during the upcoming rainy and stormy season. This also affects the quality of the project.
