The restaurant owner fed each piece of noodle to the two-armed lottery ticket seller.
Every time the two-armed lottery ticket seller came by, the shop owner would diligently feed him food, spoon by spoon, as carefully as a mother would feed her son. That simple yet heartbreakingly beautiful moment made many people feel strangely warm.

In the photo shared by Van Le on Facebook, the woman, who is also the owner of a restaurant in an alley on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, District 3, was carefully feeding a bowl of noodles to a lottery ticket seller with both arms amputated. The lottery ticket seller had the ticket book tucked under his arm and was eating a delicious bowl of noodles!
According to the person who took this photo, every time the lottery ticket seller came to eat, the restaurant owner did not take money, but would give him a lottery ticket to make him feel less embarrassed."He had a work accident and lost both of his arms, so he had to sell lottery tickets to make a living. Every time he came to eat noodles, the shop owner did not take money, but was tactful enough to only take one lottery ticket. He is only 1 year older than her child, so she treated him like a child and did not feed him like that. Saigon is so beautiful, there are so many kind people. He sells good lottery tickets and she is also beautiful. I hope all the best things come to them!"
