Song Lam Nghe An fans in Hanoi plan special celebrations to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation Day

On April 25, 2025, Song Lam Nghe An club will visit Hang Day stadium to face The Cong Viettel club in round 20 of V.League 2024/2025. On this occasion, the Song Lam Nghe An Supporters Association in the North launched a campaign to call on the Nghe An community in Hanoi and neighboring areas to come to the stadium to cheer for the team.

Not just stopping at the usual cheering, the Fan Club has planned to organize a special historical and sacred activity to commemorate and pay tribute to the day of national reunification.

According to the plan, the Supporters' Association will distribute 1,000 free Vietnamese flags and flags of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam. These flags will be raised high in unison during the flag-raising ceremony before the match - a moment that promises to be emotional, sacred and proud.

In addition, portraits of President Ho Chi Minh and General Vo Nguyen Giap and slogans with meaningful messages about the April 30 event will be carefully prepared, creating a solemn, colorful atmosphere of encouragement combined with patriotism.

Although playing away, Song Lam Nghe An is one of the teams with the largest and most enthusiastic fan base in the country. It is expected that the B stand of Hang Day Stadium will be covered in the characteristic yellow color, turning this place into the "second home" of the Nghe An team.

Mr. Dung also emphasized that, in addition to cheering for the hometown team, this event is also an opportunity to connect the children of Nghe An far from home, this will be like a hometown meeting. Sideline activities such as cultural exchanges, folk songs, traditional songs will be played on the stands of Hang Day Stadium, contributing to making this event more meaningful and complete.
