Girl mixes marijuana into milk tea to sell to young people and tourists

Initial information, this afternoon (April 19), the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Lam Dong Provincial Police, in coordination with Da Lat City Police, inspected a car with license plate 49A - 389.97 that was stopped in front of a hotel on To Hien Thanh Street (Ward 3, Da Lat City).

The car was driven by Nguyen Thi Thai Dung (23 years old, resident of Ward 8, Da Lat City).

Nguyen Thi Thai Dung and the evidence were arrested by the police.

Upon inspection, authorities discovered a foam box containing 15 bottles in the trunk of the car.milk teasuspected of having drugs.

A quick test showed that all 15 bottles of milk tea tested positive for drugs.

During the investigation, Nguyen Thi Thai Dung confessed that she learned how to mix and buy marijuana from a friend, then ground it and mixed it with milk tea to sell for profit.

Every day, Dung sells about 20 bottles at a price of 150 - 200 thousand VND/bottle by posting ads on Facebook and through friends' referrals.

Dung's customers are young people in the area, including tourists.

The incident is being investigated and clarified by Lam Dong provincial authorities.
