(Baonghean.vn) - A girl from Nghe An started her culinary business in Saigon from the first steps nearly 3 years ago, and has now achieved many successes. That is Le Thuy Ha, the owner of a vegetarian restaurant that is sought after by many foreign tourists and young people.

Le Thuy Ha is a former student of Huynh Thuc Khang High School, Vinh City, Nghe An. Ha started her career as a yoga teacher, a girl who loves to travel and explore. After her trips, Ha has collected many lessons and life values. Wanting to share more about her experiences, passions, and interests, in parallel with teaching yoga, Ha opened a coffee shop, a vegetarian restaurant and had initial successes in Saigon.

Nearly 3 years ago, few people knew that Ha opened the shop with nothing. She had to borrow money from many friends and had to fumble through the new business while learning by herself. Ha was lucky to receive wholehearted support from her friends. With her persistent nature, a bit reckless and fond of challenges and risks, Ha accepted this new job without too much worry.

Le Thuy Ha is also an active girl who loves to travel. She has set foot in many countries.

Pi Vegetarian Bistro is a vegetarian restaurant owned by 8X owner Le Thuy Ha located on a central street in Ho Chi Minh City, currently a vegetarian restaurant chosen by many young people. This is the second store, after Ha's Prem Bistro. Unlike many other vegetarian restaurants, this address attracts most young customers, generations 8X, 9X because of its youthfulness and dynamism harmoniously mixed with the deep tones of meditation.

To have menus in which vegetables and fruits are the main ingredients in all dishes but must ensure they are delicious, beautiful and rich, Ha had to travel all the way to Thailand and India to learn about vegetarian cuisine.

The owner of the restaurant is from Nghe An and loves to travel, so she is open-minded and generous, and can share many experiences and stories with young people who love vegetarian cuisine and experiences. Sharing about her passion for Yoga, traveling and experiencing, Thuy Ha said, Yoga helps her stay healthy so her spirit is always refreshed, plus she gets to do what she loves so most of her time is focused on work and experience. Actually, I think simply and am satisfied with what I have now so I always feel happy and joyful with what happens in my life. For me, just working hard and playing hard is the only way to balance life, and getting married sooner or later is fate so it cannot be something that can be wished for.

The impressions and memories from the trip are meticulously collected and shared by Ha in her small restaurant. You can see images of dynamic trips, the warm and affectionate eyes of the elderly and children shared by the owner on the wall of the restaurant. Ha also meticulously collects small, stylish souvenirs from all the regions she has visited to bring back to decorate the restaurant more richly.

Many customers coming to Prem Bistro and Pi Bistro share that they feel satisfied with the restaurant from the smallest details that are carefully taken care of. The beautiful and rustic vases of fresh flowers that can be admired forever or the rows of cozy, shimmering lanterns create a different space in the middle of the bustling streets.
