The Huoi Co Kindergarten, Huu Khuong Commune (Tuong Duong) is located in the Ban Ve hydroelectric reservoir area, about 60 km from the district center. The students are children of the Kho Mu ethnic group. This school has just invested in building a system of classrooms and fences since the beginning of the school year, but still lacks toys for children. To help the children in Huoi Co reduce their deprivation and disadvantages, teacher Nguyen Thi Trang - the teacher in charge of the school - has taken the trouble to collect dozens of car and motorbike tires to make a "Fairy Garden". Để có được những chiếc lốp xe, cô giáo Nguyễn Thị Trang phải tận dụng những ngày nghỉ ra Thị trấn Hòa Bình để xin tại các điểm sửa chữa xe, rồi gom lại và chở về bản.
To get the tires, teacher Nguyen Thi Trang had to take advantage of her days off to go to Hoa Binh Town (Tuong Duong) to ask for them at car repair shops, then collect them and transport them back to the village. Then she continued to ask the village management board for cement support, the Youth Union for paint support, and mobilized parents to contribute wood and labor to build a "Fairy Garden" for children to have a place to play.
